Responsibilities:

On-site construction management, coordination and whole-process management.
1. Coordinating with other offices for preliminary work, and organizing relevant disclosure before start.

2. Management of project contract and quality, proceeding, security, and cost during the whole process.

3. Coordination with relevant department within the campus and relevant service centers for design and supervision.

4. Organizing completion inspection and transfer; coordinating completion settlement, auditing, asset recording, and materials filing.
5. Maintenance management within the warranty of the projects.
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
