Responsibilities:

Deputy Director Guo is to assist the Director, in charge of renovation plan and practice of the campus, cost management, settlement and final accounting of projects, implementation of financial allocation and special funds; management of materials and equipment for construction projects and archives. Structurally, Deputy Guo takes charge of the Office of Cost and Material Management, and the Office of Renovation Management.
