Responsibilities:

Song Zhonghua is the Deputy Director and the Secretary of the Department of Construction and Campus Planning. As the Deputy Director, he is to assist the Director to take charge of campus construction and planning management, and preliminary work including feasibility research, scheme design and previous report. And as the Secretary, he is responsible for Party building, political ideology education of the staff and Party conduct building. Structurally, he takes charge of the Planning and Management Office and the Office of Construction Projects Management, and assists in the leadership of General Affairs Office.
