Responsibilities:

Preliminary management of campus planning, construction and improvement of teaching facilities, which include:

1. Sharing the duties of the Office of Campus Planning and Construction Committee, including conference organization, issues collection, resolutions implementation, and inspection; deliberating campus planning and construction related matters, and making proposals and suggestions for other matters related with campus planning.
2.Management and control of both overall and phased proposals for campus planning.
3.Land management and boundary line management of the campus.
4. Formulating mid-long term construction plan and construction investment plan for each year of the campus, and suggestion plans of special central funds for improvement of teaching facilities, and reporting them to competent authorities.
5. Deliberating applications for construction and renovation projects in the campus, and implementation plans for construction designs; initiating projects for construction and improvement of teaching facilities; attending to a series of construction related operations.
6. Participating in engineering technical disclosure and completion acceptance recording of the construction and improvement projects.
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
