Responsibilities:

In charge of project funds management, performance evaluation, risk prevention and control, materials and equipment management, which specify as follows:

1. Management of projects fund and standing book, review and control of progress payments, report of the proceedings of project funds, projects investment control and performance evaluation.

2. Compilation, review and verification of the list of project working amount and biddings; participation in the process management of engineering projects; review of projects changes and visa management, and cost control.

3. Entire management and quality control of the materials and equipment utilized in the projects.

4. Second invitation for biddings for the materials with provisional prices beyond quota and other items with provisional prices involved the engineering projects.

5. Internal auditing of the project settlement, and connection with auditing enterprise for the external auditing and final accounting.

6. Archives of the project settlement materials.

7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
